Welcome to Coffee Sweat & Tears™

There’s a kind of boldness that doesn’t look like confidence. It looks like trembling hands holding a coffee cup after a long night of tears. It looks like waking up again when you'd
rather hide under the covers. It looks like praying, “God, please help me try one more time,” even when your heart is tired.
This isn’t just a blog. It’s a love letter to every woman trying to show up for her life while juggling motherhood, faith, mental health, and the complicated beauty of being neurodivergent. It’s a space for the real stuff. For the quiet victories and the messy middles. For grace and grit. For crying in the bathroom and still making dinner. For starting over and over…and over again.
Why I’m Starting Now
I’ve put this off for a long time. Fear, perfectionism, shame, exhaustion, and doubt—those things made themselves at home in my mind. But the longer I waited, the louder God’s whisper became: “You don’t need to be perfect to begin. Just be willing.”
So here I am. Willing. Messy. Brave. Starting with nothing polished but everything surrendered.
What This Space Is About
• Coffee (and Jesus) for the fuel that gets us through the day (and night).
• Sweat for the work we do—seen and unseen.
• Tears for the moments when it feels like too much.
• AuDHDacity™ for the neurodivergent, faith-driven courage it takes to live out loud, even when the world doesn’t understand.
I’m writing to remind myself—and you—that we can be a work in progress and still be walking in purpose.
Scripture That Anchors Me Right Now:
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” – Isaiah 43:19
God isn’t asking us to be new. He’s already doing something new in us. We just need to say yes.
What You’ll Find Here
You’ll get stories, prayers, raw reflections, tips, testimonies, and real-life encouragement for moms, dreamers, women of faith, and those walking the tightrope of mental health and responsibility. I’ll share the truth behind building something from the ground up—with Jesus, with mistakes, and with an open heart.
If you’ve ever felt like:
• You’re not enough
• You’re too much
• You’re always starting over
• You can’t catch a break
—then this is your space. I see you. I am you.
Let’s do this together. One cup of coffee. One bead of sweat. One drop of a tear. One prayer at a time.
